The profit that you make is the difference in the price that you charge. You no need to worry about production overheads or any kind of difficulties in processing; all you need is to concentrate more on your creativity, and creating new designs as per the market trend. The whole process can be carried out as part time or at your leisure time, all you need to do is to earmark a dedicated time for your marketing and promotional activities.

Tshirtloot.com allows you to start and manage your online business without having to worry about keeping stocks and managing product delivery. In Tshirtloot.com, you can choose what to sell from our online catalogue; you can choose to sell on social media, your own website or even any e-commerce sites which you have an account with. Once your buyer makes a purchase, you only need to let us know the item name, quantity and where to deliver. Moreover, there is no minimum order quantity from us. We deliver even if it is only one item.

It’s purely depends up on the volume of your business. If you turnover value is less than INR , it’s not necessary that you need to register your business, but if your turnover value exceeds it, you need to register your business.

No, there is no need to buy the product before the actual sale.

There is a Sign-up fee of INR 10,000 for availing our drop-shipping service. And it’s a one-time payment and non-refundable.
Note: The Sign-up fee payment of INR 10,000 against merchant account opening cannot be used as credit against your orders in merchant panel.

For Domestic merchants:
You do not need any registration details at the time of opening a merchant account.
However, we need the following details of your registered company within 3 months of opening a
merchant account:
1. Company GST Number (Goods and Service Tax)
2. Company PAN Number (Permanent Account Number)
For International Merchant:
No documents and Registration Numbers are needed.

The only agreement that is developed and signed is the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the
purpose of design privacy.
Note: While developing the agreement, make sure the agreement comes under ‘Tiruppur
jurisdiction’.

In your site you are free to sell our products at the price you think is best. But it would be
appreciable if you follow the RSP, as you need to sustain in the market. Nevertheless, you can
choose the selling price; make sure you are not too much above the market to remain competitive.

Tshirtloot.com does not take any commission on your sale.

You can design and order from our online retail store, www.tshirtloot.com.
Note: While placing orders for sample, please order both white and black colours, so that you would
know the prints differences.

Yes, it will be shared to you once you signed-up with Tshirtloot.com. You can download the T-shirt
templates, and add designs on the T-shirt where it needs to be printed (using Adobe Photoshop or
any designer software) for your usage.

No, the only amount collected is the sign-up charge.
Note: This may vary in future.

You can get our complete product and their pricing list by Clicking on the “Products and Pricing” tab on the menu bar.

You can select any products which are listed in the product catalogue and there is no restriction on the product quantity.

We monitor, adjust and update our products stocks and units on a daily bases, we also use safe levels in order to make sure products will be available for you. However occasional changes due occur and when appropriate, we contact our partners regarding any change in stock or alternatives.

We provide all kinds of T-shirts in Men, Women, and Unisex styles with 18 colour options, and Polo T-shirts with 22 colour options, Hoodies with 4 colour options in Unisex style in 5 different sizes for both Men and Women.

Yes. The product size chart for every product is listed in the brochure or drive that will be shared.

• Chest: Place the tape closes under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
• Waist: Measure across the waist area while having the t-shirt lying flat.
• Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the desired hemline.
• Sleeve: At the widest point of the sleeve, measure it’s across while lying flat.
• Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.
• Hem: Measure from one side to another.
• Shoulder to Shoulder: Measure length from one shoulder to another.
• Neck to shoulder: Measure from middle of the neck to end of shoulder (where sleeve starts).
• Armhole: Measure around the arm at the shoulder joint to the armpit.
• Neck opening: Measure around the neck below the Adam’s apple.

Tshirtloot.com provides you all the products pricing, delivery cost, product descriptions, images, you are free to use and present the information in your website. After browsing the product catalogue and choosing your desired products, you can calculate the price for processing and determine your selling price with your desired marginal profit.

You will receive the price update email (registered e-mail), when the product prices are updated.

You can make payments through the following modes:
For Domestic merchants;
1. Credit Card, Debit Card, Online transfer using our PayUBiz Gateway
2. Direct bank transfer to the bank account.
For International merchants,
1. Credit Card, Debit Card, Online transfer using our PayPal payment Gateway
2. Direct bank transfer to the bank account.
Note: Any bank transfer charges are borne by the recipient.

You can add credits to your Tshirtloot.com account by logging in your merchant account -> Menu -> Add Credit, once you make payment.

Every drop-shipper will be provided with their own dashboard with credit balance, and the complete transaction details under Ledger Credit/Debit section.

You will be provided the invoice on month basis for the orders processed for the whole month. The Invoice will be generated in the first week of the next month.

Your customers won’t receive an invoice/bill from us. Your orders are processed on daily basis and the processing amount will be debited against your cash credits in your merchant account on order processing time.

Yes, when yours monthly order volume crosses 2500 Orders,

5 % GST will be applicable for all merchant.

Shipments shipped outside India may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country.

• If the shipment is shipped outside India, and shipment is handled by you, you will be paying the customs fees incurred, depending on the destination country.
• If your Order is shipped by Tshirtloot.com, the customs fees will be handled and fully paid by Tshirtloot.com, but the same will be charged to you.

Tshirtloot.com have separate panel for drop-shipper, where they can upload their orders. An excel file is shared along with the guidelines catalogue for entering the data. Fill in the order details and delivery details accurately, and upload the file in our panel. And that’s it! Tshirtloot.com will take care of the rest.

The orders are processed on prepaid mode. Drop-shipper is provided with ‘Wallet’ facilities. Before placing order in the panel, you can add credit to your wallet, so that there won’t be any delay in processing the order, as the panel won’t accept the file and it would prompt ‘Insufficient balance’ message. The processing cost is deducted internally when the order is uploaded.

Tshirtloot.com treats all orders as urgent orders.

No. You can place Orders only with Tshirtloot.com drop-shipment panel.

Drop-shipper orders submitted before 10 AM processing time is, for Plain t-shirts – 1 Day, and for Pre-printed and stocked T-shirts, T-shirts with single (Front OR Back) print, and T-shirts with both side (Front & Back) prints – 2 Days.
However, there may be unforeseen circumstances which may delay the product delivery.

Yes, you can by logging into your dashboard you can track your orders from order placement to delivery, under their subsequent section.

Product orders from Drop-shipper submitted before 10 AM shall be packed and ready for delivery within 24-48 HRS. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances which may delay the product delivery.

Transit time for domestic orders Across India:

Fedex Standard (By Air) : 3 To 7 Days and

India Post  (By Air) : 3 To 7 Days

Fedex Economy (By Road) : 5 To 7 Days

Transit time for International orders:

DHL International : 5 To 12 Days.

Shipping information will be listed in the ‘Dispatched Orders’ section in your dashboard.

Tracking code (AWB) will be listed in the panel, under dispatched section within 24-48 hours from time of order taken for process.

The standard delivery time is 5-7 working days from the next day order placed, for the serviceable zip code areas. The days would increase if the shipment is to non-serviceable areas or remote areas.

The COD amount will be added as credit in to your wallet, within four working days from the day the order delivered.

Once your order is shipped from our Tshirtloot.com warehouse, it takes up to 24HRS for the data to appear in the courier service webpage due to data entry delays.

Your customers won’t receive an invoice/bill from us. Your orders are processed on daily basis and the processing amount will be debited against your cash credits in your merchant account on order processing time.

Production delays and local holidays tend to happen sometime and there will be some delays during such periods. If the delay last for more than 48Hrs, we will inform all merchants in advance through email.

Yes, we can keep stocks of my pre-printed T-shirts if the product is completely processed by Tshirtloot.com.
Pre-printed T-shirt benefits you in decreasing the production cost, availing you the option to increase your production quantity at low price. Stocking of pre-printed T-shirt is successful only when you are in to rigorous marketing and know your market trend. You can also choose the premium printing techniques, which will enhance the T-shirt value.

We provide three types of printing methods:-
1. Digital Printing (Direct to Garments) – No minimum Order Quantity
2. Screen Printing – Minimum 30 pcs/Design
3. Hybrid-Digital Printing – Minimum 50 pcs/Design

Our printers use pigment-based inks that are environmentally friendly.

No. We do not create design / artwork for you.
In special conditions, we will be able provide you help under charged service.

Tshirtloot.com use CMYK format files for printing.

You can upload up to 10 MB for each image and File Format Should Be Png or PSD

The following are the requirements:

• Work your Design files in CMYK Colour Format.
• Set Image Resolution of minimum 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch).
• Image Size should the approximate Original Print Size For example: If a print is need to be printed in an A4 size (i.e. 30 cm x 20 cm) for DTG, the design file should be of the same size.

If you are looking for print on demand orders with 1 T-shirt / design or you need to print digital Photos, you have to use Direct to Garment (DTG) digital printers. Digital printing price is calculated based on the print area.
If you are looking for the volumes of orders over 30 T-shirts / design, you can consider screen printing as it economical and effective. Printing price is calculated on the basis of number of colours in the design that’s to be printed.
If you are looking for the volumes of Orders over 50 T-shirts / design, you can consider Hybrid-digital printing as it economical and effective. There is no limitation for the choice of colours.

1. For Digital DTG print, the file format that’s to be shared is PNG File with transparent background, with minimum image resolution of 300 DPI with the file size same as the print size in centimetres.
2. For Screen print, the file format has to be a vector graphic file in *.cdr, *.ai,*.eps or *.pdf
3. For Hybrid Digital print, the file format has to be a vector Graphic File in *.cdr, *.ai,*.eps or *.pdf

We can print on Cotton, Polyester, Cotton-polyester blend, Leather, Selena, Satin, Linen, Denim, Silk, Lycra, Viscose and Wool, etc.

The maximum size we print is 35X45 (In CMs).

Note: The Height should be proportionate to the width.

No. For drop-shippers, we print only Front / Back.
Sleeve print is processed only for bulk orders. MOQ – 30 / design.

Digital printing will last for more than 15 washes or more.

• On 100% Cotton there will be slight fading on the first 5 washes.
• On 100% Polyester, there will be no Fading.

Yes. When you place an order in your Tshirtloot.com dashboard, you can include any custom message / special instructions under Comment column, and drop mail to droship@tshirtloot.com with the order details.

You own the copyrights of the artworks / designs that you submit to Tshirtloot.com. Tshirtloot.com prints the design and drop ship them as specified by you.

We will not Copy or Share any of your Art /Design with anyone.

Tshirtloot.com doesn’t take any responsibility for copyrighted designs sent to us for printing. It’s printed under your own risks.

All T-shirts are manufactured without any branding. We heat transfuse the merchant’s branding labels at a very minimal cost for all merchants.

Brand label logo should be in either a curved vector .cdr file or an expanded vector .ai file. It has to be a single colour, as the brand label is developed in two colours, black and white. Lighter shades of garments will have black colour brand labels & dark colour fabrics with white colour labels.
Note: .CDR file has to be in Version 5 or 7, and .AI file in Version 6.

For Domestic;
FedEx, Overnite, India Post, Professional couriers
India post is preferred for remote areas where FedEx and Overnite services are not available.
For International;
FedEx, DHL

The orders are shipped from our office; the package will carry our office address in case of any return orders.

Yes, you can mention courier service of your choice along with the shipping label at the time placing your order, and you have to arrange and follow the pick-up of that order from our Tshirtloot.com Warehouse at your end.

We do not do partial shipment of any order. Shipment is scheduled only when the products of the particular orders are ready from our warehouse.

If your customer places an order for several products, the orders will be shipped in a single package, if it’s placed with the same invoice number.

We use the standard packages which are water proof, Dust Proof and Tear Proof.

Courier Covers for small Quantity and cardboard Boxes for Volume orders.

No. Your order will carry only your brand/logo.

The packaging shall be generic packaging without TSHIRTLOOT.COM brand /logo. Packages will contain the key information required for delivery, customer details, shipping address, etc. Some Brands will arrive with their original brand logo name packaging.

Yes, you can send your own packaging materials to us and we will pack your order as per your instructions and ship them.

The shipping label and the packing invoice lists the product information along with the total price and shipping information details, with shipper / consignee address and the AWB number.

Yes, but it will have your brand Name and Mobile Number with Our Address for shipping purpose but not have any Tshirtloot.com branding on it.

We will mention your invoice value provided in your order form on the invoice, we will not be mentioning the merchant prices anywhere in the package invoice.

Yes, you can but only when you arrange for shipment pick-ups.

We don’t have any return policy, as we do business on-demand.

Any return pickup for domestic / international orders is not available.

Once the order reaches Tshirtloot.com base, the order will be updated in ‘Returned Order’ section, and is ready for Re-use for the period of three months.
Note: If you do not re-use the order within the said timeframe, the order will be returned to your address labelled as ‘Returned to Seller’.

TSHIRTLOOT.COM accepts exchange and/or refund only under the following circumstances:
a) Manufacturing defects.
b) TSHIRTLOOT.COM delivered the wrong item.

Order cancellation is carried out on two ways:
1. If the T-shirts are not taken for process, you can cancel the order. Timeline for the cancelling the order is before 9:30 AM.
2. If the t shirts are processed, you can still cancel the order and create a new replacement order, if required but your incorrect Order will be billed and either shipped to your address or will be updated in your ‘Returned Order’ section for re-use.
